Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu is on his way to Washington DC to discuss ‘victory over Hamas’ with Donald Trump, becoming the first foreign leader to meet the US president since his inauguration. Netanyahu is wanted by the ICC for war crimes but the US does not recognise the court’s jurisdiction.
