Concerns over death sentence for former Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina

A court in Bangladesh has sentenced former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to death, over a violent crackdown on protests. As Al Jazeera’s Saif Khalid explains, there are concerns the court’s ruling serves only to continue the kind of political persecution it sought to address.
