The television personality and former glamour model, 46, was remanded into custody last night, and later bailed by an out-of-hours magistrate, after returning to Britain from Turkey where she underwent a £10,000 facelift .
During a remote appearance at the Royal Courts of Justice, Price, who wore head bandages following her sixth facelift in Turkey, was ordered to next appear at court in person on August 27 for a ‘public examination’.
A warrant for her arrest was issued when she failed to attend court in relation to her debts after Price declared bankruptcy for a second time in March because of an unpaid tax bill of more than £750,000.

Well that was brief.
I estimate Katie Price’s appearance at the Royal Courts of Justice lasted around 15 minutes, but here’s everything you need to know from the hearing.
- Judge Daniel Schaffer ordered Ms Price to give an ‘undertaking’ to the court that she would attend a further hearing to face questions over her finances on August 27 at 10.30am
- Addressing Price, he warned: ‘You have to attend that date, no ifs or buts, no going abroad, no holidays.’
- Price arrived at court in person but attended the hearing remotely at the Rolls Building, hours after being detained at Heathrow Airport on her return to the UK
- The 46-year-old, dressed in a beige outfit and black-coloured head bandages, told the court she couldn’t ‘see or hear much’ during the brief proceedings
- Judge Schaffer also discharged the arrest warrant issued against her on July 30 by a different judge after she failed to attend a previous hearing

Katie Price must attend a further hearing in relation to her bankruptcies later this month with ‘no ifs or buts, no going abroad, no holidays,’ a judge has said.
The former glamour model, 46, arrived at the Royal Courts of Justice in central London today after being arrested at Heathrow Airport last night over a failure to attend bankruptcy proceedings.
Price turned up on foot through the main entrance wearing a beige outfit and black head covering to conceal her injuries caused by a £10,000 facelift she had in Turkey.
Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Daniel Schaffer ordered the model to give an ‘undertaking’ to the court that she would attend a further hearing to face questions over her finances on August 27 at 10.30am.

‘No ifs no buts’: Judge warns Price she could be jailed unless she attends court on August 27
The judge has warned Katie Price she could be jailed unless she attends court in person at her next hearing adding there are ‘no ifs, no buts’.
The judge has told Price she must attend a ‘public examination’ in person, making reference to her recent holiday in Turkey, on August 27.
Price responds by asking she can appear via Zoom because she has trouble following proceedings in the court and is told she must make an application to appear remotely.
Am I able to do it via Zoom? Or in a side room? I don’t think you guys have seen my assessment. I find it difficult in court.
After being asked if she can make the date on the 27th, Price tells the judge: ‘I’ll move my diary for it,’ before adding ‘this is obviously important’.
Price tells court she ‘can’t see or hear much’
Katie Price’s case is underway at the Royal Courts of Justice but there have been a series of technical delays.
At one point, her counsel did not respond to questions from the judge and asked if she has a draft order the judge intends to read from, Ms Price’s legal team appear not to have printed it off.
Asked if she has a copy, Ms Price tells him: ‘I can’t hear properly or see much.’

Why did Katie Price fly to Turkey?
In a statement posted to Instagram earlier this week, Price claimed she had been in Turkey filming a documentary.
Price flew to Turkey on July 29, sharing a snap of her on a plane, the day before she was due to appear at a court hearing.
It’s believed Price was joined on the jaunt by her friend Lou Anderson.
In Turkey, Price had her sixth facelift, which cost £10,000.
She is understood to have had the facelift at the Trio Clinic in Istanbul, with work being carried out on her eyes and under her chin.
Price was seen in the Turkish city revealing her latest surgically enhanced looks in a pair of oversized sunglasses.
Taking on Instagram on Wednesday last week, Price dismissed recent claims that she has travelled to Turkey after being turned down by other cosmetic surgeons.
She said: ‘I’m filming my new documentary. The reason I’ve chose the Trio Clinic is because I’ve had friends who have had surgery there and in my opinion they are the best for what I want doing.’
Pictures: Katie Price detained at Heathrow
Photographs from last night show the former model being taken away by police after landing at about 7.45pm with her son Harvey, 22, and boyfriend JJ Slater, 31, who was left to pick up her bags.
Members of the airport’s assistance team were seen pushing Harvey in a wheelchair through a corridor in the terminal as he watched his mother being arrested.
Price, whose head was covered in bandages, was later seen sitting on the edge of a police van before applying lipstick and taking a few puffs of her vape.
Price was aware she would be detained at the airport but had asked police that they ‘allow some dignity and protection’ for Harvey, claiming it would be ‘extremely disturbing for him to see’.
Television personality declared bankrupt in March
Price was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.
She was then served an eviction notice that ordered her to leave her Mucky Mansion, her nine-bedroom house in Horsham worth an estimated £1.5 million, by the end of May.
She has since moved into a £5,000 per month new Tudor-style property in Sussex.
Last month she claimed ‘everything is sorted’ with her second bankruptcy and flew to Turkey on July 29 just hours before her court hearing the day after.
Price was first declared bankrupt on November 26, 2019.
Why was Katie Price arrested at Heathrow airport?
On July 30, a judge issued an arrest warrant for Price after she failed to appear at her £760,000 bankruptcy court hearing – having flown abroad instead.
The former glamour model travelled to Turkey for another round of cosmetic surgery, despite ‘very clear warnings’ she needed to attend court
Price was due to face questions about her finances in the specialist bankruptcy court in London from barristers representing the trustee of her two bankruptcies.
A judge at a previous hearing said Price risked arrest if she did not attend further court dates, adding evidence must be provided if she could not appear.
Issuing the arrest warrant, Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Catherine Burton said Price had ‘failed to attend today’s hearing’ and had provided no explanation for her absence.
