Aftermath of deadly Russian ballistic missile attack

Two Russian ballistic missiles killed more than 40 people and wounded at least 180 in an attack on an educational facility and hospital in a Ukrainian city, said Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy. The strike appeared to be one of the deadliest carried out by Russia since the war began over two and a-half years ago.
